is dedicated to ensuring that you can rest easy knowing we are here to help you make one of the most important financial decisions in your lifetime. When buying or selling a home, choosing the right inspector can be a difficult process in meeting your inspection needs.
A Home Inspection process is ...
A non-invasive, visual examination of a residential dwelling which is designed to identify material defects observed within specific components of a home. Components may include any combination of mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, or other essential systems or portions of the home, as identified and agreed to by the client and inspector, prior to the inspection process. A home inspection will not reveal every concern that exists or ever could exist, but only those material defects observed on the day of the inspection.
Our home inspection report utilizes the latest software which meets the STATE OF FLORIDA HOME INSPECTION STANDARDS OF PRACTICE.It identifies and describes the systems, structures and components of the home.
Digital images, safety and defect issues observed will be included with recommendations for monitoring, corrective action or further evaluation by a professional.
Our report will be delivered electronically by no later than next business day.
